Our pieces take a little longer than mass-market furniture because we craft each one to order and ship directly from the workshop β that's how we cut out retail markups and pass the savings back to you.
What is your return policy?
The Willowmere Lounge comes with a 90-day return window from the day it arrives. If it isn't the right fit, you're welcome to return it for a full refund β return shipping and a small restocking fee are deducted to cover handling and freight.
To be returned, the piece should be unused and still in its original packaging.
