How long until I receive my order?
The Santos Lounge is made to order, so production takes approximately 2β4 weeks before it's ready to ship. From there it travels through our ocean-freight network, so the full journey to your door typically takes 4β6 weeks depending on your location.
Our pieces take a little longer than mass-market furniture because we craft each one to order and ship directly from the workshop β that's how we cut out retail markups and pass the savings back to you.
What is your return policy?
The Santos Lounge comes with a 90-day return window from the day it arrives. If it isn't the right fit, you're welcome to return it for a full refund β return shipping and a small restocking fee are deducted to cover handling and freight.
To be returned, the piece should be unused and still in its original packaging.

Once the Santos Lounge ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its progress.
