How long until I receive my order?
The Blush Cloud Rug is made to order, so production takes approximately 2–4 weeks before it's ready to ship. From there it travels through our ocean-freight network, so the full journey to your door typically takes 4–6 weeks depending on your location.
Our pieces take a little longer than mass-market furniture because we craft each one to order and ship directly from the workshop — that's how we cut out retail markups and pass the savings back to you.
What is your return policy?
The Blush Cloud Rug comes with a 90-day return window from the day it arrives. If it isn't the right fit, you're welcome to return it for a full refund — return shipping and a small restocking fee are deducted to cover handling and freight.
To be returned, the piece should be unused and still in its original packaging.
