CNY Red Pocket T&C's

1. Overview

 

As part of our Chinese New Year Red Pocket promotion, all customers will receive Red Pocket store credit equal to 8.8% of the total order value. Red Pocket credit can be used toward future purchases on Furnible.

 

2. Eligibility

 

Red Pocket credit is issued on eligible product purchases only. The promotion does not apply to the following services:

• Foshan Showroom & Factory Access Pass

• Home & Business Furnishing Package

• Interior Design & Sourcing Package

If an order includes any of the above services, Red Pocket credit will be calculated only on the value of the remaining eligible items in the same order. The value of the excluded services will not be counted toward the Red Pocket credit amount.

3. Issuance of Red Pocket Credit

 

Red Pocket credit will be issued to the customer within 24 hours of placing an eligible order. The credit will be associated with the customer’s account or issued in the form of a Red Pocket gift card.

 

4. Use of Red Pocket Credit

 

Red Pocket credit may be redeemed on future purchases only and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or refunded. Red Pocket credit cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.

 

5. Expiry

 

All Red Pocket credit issued as part of this promotion expires 1 year from the date of issuance, after which any unused balance will be forfeited.

6. Changes and Termination

 

Furnible reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time, without prior notice, where permitted by law.

 

7. General

 

This promotion is subject to availability and may not be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated. By participating in the Red Pocket promotion, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
